Darth Vaders armour from Rogue One matches the helmet in looking like a cleaned up version of the A New Hope armour at first glance. The gunmetal grey is sprayed on to match the helmet and to recreate the screen look. The shoulder bells are attached with thick leather strips to hang slightly underneath the edges of the armour, exactly as the original prop did. Dive a little deeper and you find that the colour scheme is actually quite different to ANH, matching Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi but without the glossy clear coat.
Made in fibreglass for strength and durability, and painted with automotive paints.
