Vader made a big appearance in the Obi-wan series, and once again, the props department couldn't resist messing with a design just a little bit. So what did they change? Well the helmet is overall much more symmetrical, although it's still not the totally symmetrical look that we see in Revenge of the Sith. Gloss black for the dome and the face accents, but the gunmetal grey has a satin finish.
 
The helmet itself is constructed from epoxy fibreglass of the type used in boat building, and finished with a smooth resin interior to the mask and dome. Automotive paints used throughout.
 
Fully approvable with the 501st or any other costuming group, assuming the rest of your costume is up to scratch. Use the drop down menu to select whether it's for display or a costume, if it's for a costume we'll add a hard hat liner to the mask as well as some vinyl mesh behind the eyes to stop flash photography from lighting up your eyes through the lenses.
